Our goal is to ensure that the Client will have a comprehensive report that will detail unnecessary spending from incorrect charging, unnecessary or unused services, or limited internal understanding and management of the services infrastructure therefore restricting the implementation of replacement technologies that would both enhance the capabilities and reduce the costs if the services infrastructure. This detailed report may be utilised to:

  • Obtain credits from the current service provider to the Client
  • Cancel unused or incorrectly terminated services to prevent ongoing charges
  • Ensure the development of a migration path towards more effective, efficient and less expensive technologies

Depending on the requirements of the Client, Clarkson McLaren may also be utilised to work hand in hand with internal resources and management to implement the recommendations in the report with the Client and their Service Provider, our knowledge of both the services and industry would greatly reduce the implementation of the recommendations.
