Becoming A CMCC Client
CMCC does not have a direct sales force as we only provide services to those clients
who are introduced us from direct referral by existing clients or network partners.
We can provide further references to those prospective clients who require them.
All of our existing clients are of excellent reputation. CMCC works to providing
premium client servicing for our accounts.
Client Charter
CMCC has created a client charter whereby we give all of our clients' clear information
on our responsibilities to you. Moreover CMCC reports on its ability to meet the
standards set out in the charter. Our service level agreement with you is your assurance
that we will excel in meeting your needs.
Our clients are secure in the knowledge that we can provide 24 X 7 Fault Reporting
with fast restoration targets.
We bill our clients monthly and provide clients with not only a hard copy bill but
a soft copy bill available in electronic format as a PDF through email, but we can
provide an excel copy of your bill thus allowing you greater flexibility in accounting.
